Processing and Shipping Policy

All items are in stock and shipped from our Sunshine Coast studio.

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location, but you can generally expect your order within 5–10 business days from the date of shipping.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.

Cancellations Policy

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled for change of mind.

Return Policy

Scriptees does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered where:

  • The product arrives damaged in transit, or

  • You receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part.

In these cases, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@scriptees.com.au with your order number and clear photographs of the issue so we can assess your claim.

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Products must be returned in their original packaging.

Please note: Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been handed over to the courier or postal service. If a package is lost in transit, please lodge an enquiry directly with the delivery service provider.
