Processing and Shipping Policy

All our items are made to order, meaning that all our designs are crafted in-house and shipped directly to you based on your colour and size requirements.

Due to us being a small business, we don’t hold a high amount of stock and therefore, from time to time, we have to order apparel before we can start printing/embroidery. Items can therefore take up to 10 business days to be shipped. Please be assured that we ship all our items as quickly as possible. Delivery can be expected after two business days from date of shipping.

Considering the current COVID-19 pandemic, it is also possible that these times may be impacted due to limited flights and increased parcel volumes of our suppliers.

If you have any questions about your order, kindly contact us by email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Cancellations Policy

Due to the nature of our business and the fact that all our items are handprinted and made to order, we accept cancellations only within 12 hours of placing your order. No exceptions can be made to this policy.

Return Policy

In the event that you received an item that is the incorrect size, design or colour due to a mistake on our part, we will process a refund, or we can do an exchange.

Please note that apparel needs to be unworn and unwashed, in their original packaging and with the tags still on. Refunds are only issued when we can confirm that the item is received in good condition.

The deadline to request a refund is 7 days from the delivery confirmation date.

Just take the following steps:

  1. Let us know by sending an email to hello@scriptees.com.au 
  2. We will send you a free return label. All returns will require a return label to ensure the item arrives safely at our store.
  3. If your return is approved, we ask that you please post your return with the return label attached within 7 days since the issue of the label, as we are subject to an administration fee with our third-party shipping company outside of this time.
  4. Once we receive your unworn/unwashed items with the tags still on, we will process your refund. 
  5. The deadline to request a refund is 7 days from the delivery confirmation date.

Refunds will NOT be issued upon the following criteria:

  1. Item does not fit the user properly. Please contact us at hello@scriptees.com.au to arrange an exchange for a different size. Also see our Exchange Policy. 
  2. Change of mind.
  3. Exceptions may be considered in the instance that there is no stock in the specific or similar product in an appropriate size for exchange, upon which case a store credit may be issued.

Exchange Policy

Scriptees will issue an exchange upon the following criteria:

  • An item does not fit the intended user and you would like to order another size.

All returned items must be in the original condition in which they were received. Items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned or exchanged. If we determine that your item has been washed or worn, we reserve the right to deny your exchange. Items that smell of smoke, perfume or have pet hair on them will be not be accepted for return/exchange.

Please take note that shipping costs for returns are nonrefundable and return shipping is at buyer’s expense. Customers are responsible for the shipping expenses on any exchange.

The most effective way to complete an exchange is to follow these steps:

  1. Contact hello@scriptees.com.au with information of your order and your desired item for exchange.
  2. The deadline to request an exchange is 7 days from the delivery confirmation date.
  3. Item/s must be unworn, unwashed, free of smoke or perfume smells, clean and free of pet hair.
  4. You may return your items to exchange, but please take note that shipping costs are nonrefundable and return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
  5. Once we receive your unworn/unwashed items with the tags still on, we will process your store credit and you can order your new item.
